“I envision a world where working parents no longer have to choose between achieving their personal goals and professional success. A world in which it is the standard—not the exception—for businesses to support families in the workplace. And a world where employers understand they’re rewarded with substantial ROI by supporting their working parents, and are empowered to do so. As such, I’m thrilled to do my part to help sculpt the future of working parenthood.”
